Michael Hollander

Founder and CEO

Michael Hollander is the Founder and CEO of MOD Mission Critical, a worldwide network integrator. After a four-year stint with Allegiance Telecom, (later XO Communications) at 27, Michael Hollander began a venture of his own by co-founding global data network service provider WBS Connect, where he was a managing partner receiving accolades from the Denver Business Journal and INC 500 for triple digit growth. In December of 2009, WBS Connect was purchased by Global Telecom and Technology (GTLT), where he is still a shareholder. Since the integration completion of WBS, Mike has been able to focus all of his efforts on MMC.
In the afternoon most days, Mike can be found trail running along the Front Range of Colorado or spending time with his wife Carissa and 3 daughters. He attended Colorado State University where he earned his B.A. in Communications. He and his wife are also the proud owners of two small dogs Frisco and Meatball.

Gregory Sadler


Greg is a seasoned financial leader with more than 25 years of experience building and financing several high-growth companies around the world. Most recently, Greg was the CFO of WBS Connect, a managed network services provider that was recognized as a Fastest Growing Company by INC 500 and Denver Business Journal.
Greg was also the CFO for WiMax International, Inc. who explored wireless broadband opportunities across Europe. In 2003 and 2004 he was CEO of Ricochet Networks, Inc., a wireless internet access provider which he helped restructure and sell. Prior to Ricochet he spent three years as a founder and Vice President of Finance at VeloCom which built and operated the world’s largest fixed wireless telecom and data network in Brazil. Prior to VeloCom, Greg was the CFO of UIH Latin America who consolidated, managed and sold several cable television operations in Latin America. He also spent eight years in the international finance group at US WEST International analyzing, financing and overseeing the development of several new international CATV and wireless joint ventures.
Greg is a CPA and began his career with ten years at Arthur Andersen & Co in Denver. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids. Greg is an avid sports fan and particularly enjoys golfing and skiing in the beautiful Colorado Rockies.

Timothy Kersnick


Tim has over 28 years of experience working professionally with technology. Early in his career he worked for Bayer Corporation where he won the President’s Achievement award 2 years in a row for artificial intelligence programming work. He received and holds 2 U.S. patents for his work that are currently licensed to the automotive industry. In the mid-90’s, Tim joined UUNet Technologies, now known as Verizon Business. In 1999, Tim joined Exodus Communications, which later would become Cable and Wireless, Savvis, Qwest, and now Century Link. On May 4th, 2000, he was the first to publish a fix to the Love Bug computer virus and assisted the FBI with tracking down the creator of the virus. In 2001, Tim co-founded NeoVera, a company specializing in managed hosting, networking, and network security. In 2004 Tim founded Trans World Internet eXchange, which later sold to Sirius Telecommunications in 2010. In 2012, Tim joined up with MOD Mission Critical in the first few months of the company’s founding. Versed in many things technically, Tim draws upon his years of industry experience to develop MMC’s unique product set offering.

Rama Samavedula

VP of Engineering

Rama has over 15 years of IT experience working for WBS Connect, AT&T, and now MOD Mission Critical. Ram is the driving force behind MMC’s infrastructure and technical support services. Rama leads the engineering team and is responsible for managing, maintaining, and monitoring the MMC global network.
